Felicia Sanzari Chernesky

Author Felicia Sanzari Chernesky was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Parsippany, New Jersey. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, she is completing an MFA in Poetry with a focus in Versecraft at Western State Colorado University. A longtime editor, she lives in New Jersey with her husband, kids, cat, and poetry volumes.

She has illustrated several picture books, such as Mr.Crum's Potato Predicament, Big Foot and Little Foot, She Made a Monster and Ode to an Onion. She is the author and illustrator of Lunch at n.10, Pomegranate Street. She draws inspiration from folk art and music, mid-century illustration, byzantine iconography, nature, and children. She lives in Rome with her husband and their daughter, Nina.

Fermin Solis is a freelance illustrator based in Argentina. He is a self-taught artist who gains inspiration from cartoonists and illustrators from the 1950’s. In 2012, Fermin received the ‘Premio Extremno del Ano’ award for his artwork. During his spare time, Fermin likes to the play the guitar and ukulele and spend time with his children.
