Ian McAllister is an award-winning photographer and author of many books. He is the founding director of Pacific Wild, a Canadian nonprofit wildlife conservation group. He lives with his family on the coast of British Columbia. For more information, visit www.pacificwild.org.
Nicholas Read is a journalism instructor at Langara College in Vancouver, British Columbia. As well as co-writing several books with Ian McAllister, he has also written City Critters:Wildlife in the Urban Jungle. He lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
