Mama's Belly

As a curious little girl awaits the arrival of her sister, she asks questions–easy ones like ‘Will she have freckles?’ and less-easy ones like ‘Will I have to share my blanket?’ She helps Mama and Dad prepare to meet little sister, singing her songs and knitting a new blanket to keep her warm once she’s here. But, the most important part of getting ready is taking care of Mama. When Mama can’t see her toes, she counts to make sure there’s still ten like before. When she’s too tired to sleep, the soon-to-be big sis draws her a magic energy machine.
