Its Christmas, and Geraldine (Geraldines Baby Brother and Geraldine First) wants to get a big tree. All the way up to the ceiling, she declares. Mama does not agree. Nor does little brother Willie, who must help carry it home. But Geraldine will not budgemuch like the enormous tree she eventually chooses from Uncle Alberts lot. With her characteristic persistence and pluck, Geraldine manages to get her tree home. And the family has to admit that her choicewhatever its size (or shape)is just perfect. Merry Christmas, Geraldine!
