Lisa Papademetriou spends most of her time in the Dreamway, even when she’s awake. She is the author of Apartment 1986 and A Tale of Highly Unusual Magic and lives in Massachusetts with her family.
Laura Park is a cartoonist and illustrator. Her work has appeared in the Best American Comics, The Anthology of Graphic Fiction, The Paris Review, and on Saveur.com. Park is also the illustrator for two middle-grade kids’ book series written by James Patterson, Middle School and I Funny. She is a member of the jam comics collective Trubble Club. Park currently lives in Lanas, France.
Neil Swaab is a New York City-based illustrator, designer, and author. His work has graced the covers and interiors of numerous books for children including the New York Times bestseller Big Fat Liar by James Patterson and Neil’s own series, The Secrets to Ruling School. He has also animated for TV and enjoys teaching at Parsons School of Design.
Jomike Tejido is the author and/or illustrator of more than 100 children’s books. Working digitally, he specializes in whimsical illustrations, especially of dinosaurs, robots, and weird creatures–the stuff his readers love! Jomike and his family are based in Manila, Philippines, where he also paints and participates in art exhibitions.
