Carol McDougal

Biography

Carol McDougall is a writer, editor and former librarian for the Canadian Children’s Book Centre. She received the Mayor’s Award for Cultural Achievement and the Progress Women of Excellence Award for her work in early literacy. She is director of the Read to Me!
