Emotions. A difficult thing for all of us to understand. The younger we can teach our children about emotions and how to handle the feelings they experience, the better they will be able to express them in a positive way. Children experience the same emotions we do. They don't have the words to express how they are feeling and often act out their emotions instead which is often frustrating for us and for them. Reading books about emotions can help them learn the words to associate with their feelings. Check out our list below of the best books about emotions.
