I think I have just found my new go-to gift for baby girls! Having raised two of them, I had to find ways to communicate many of the messages outlined in this book. Written and illustrated by a mother-daughter team, this book is a gentle, affirming, empowering letter to every young girl to trust and embrace who they are and to stand up for themselves. With its sweet illustrations and powerful message, it should be at least weekly reading for every young girl in your life.
