It's fun for my city-dwelling kiddos to take an adventure-by-book to a farm or a jungle or a desert; it's also fun to see a book that really celebrates the views and activities that are around us every day. The art is lovely and varied throughout the book. The text is well-written and concise. Whether you live in a city or not, this book is a great way to find wonder and magic in the vistas and drama of a city coming to life and beginning a beautiful day.

He’s hosted nationally televised game shows and has appeared as himself in dozens of movies and TV shows. He lives with his wife and daughters in Brooklyn, New York.
Pascal Campion is a freelance illustrator whose clients include DreamWorks Animation, Disney Toons, Cartoon Network, They Might Be Giants, PBS, and Tor.com. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
