Co-authors Carol McDougall and Shanda LaRameeJones bring together their backgrounds in education, literacy, children’s publishing and their shared passion for early reading promotion with the creation of the Baby Steps series of board books. Carol and Shanda love the joyful artwork of Maud Lewis and thought this vibrant concepts board book was the perfect way to introduce this influential artist’s work to a new generation.
