It's a cute book, but it's a pass from me. It's a simple board book clearly geared toward very little ones, but the story of Rapunzel actually isn't one I'm super anxious to share with my toddler or pre-schooler. The whole concept of a baby being taken away from her parents is weird, and Rapunzel is the prime example of a princess who sits in a tower and waits for a prince to come rescue her and then rewards him with love at the end. Ugh.
