The Creatives Behind the Books
Matthew Morgan is a children’s author and editor who lives in London with his wife, three children and dog. He loves making books that are fun and that open a child’s imagination to the world around them.
Beatriz Giménez de Ory is an award-winning author, translator and professor of Spanish Language and Literature. She lives in Madrid, Spain.
ALEX WILLMORE is the illustrator for titles including Duck’s Ditty and The New LiBEARian. Alex has produced illustrations for a number of publishers, creating puzzles, picture books, packaging design, surface pattern for kids wear, stationery, and greeting cards. He lives in the UK.
Olivier Latyk was born in 1976 in Strasbourg. He’s been an illustrator for children’s books f or 10 years. He also designs toys and works for international press such as the New-York Times, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe and many others.
Paloma Valdivia is an illustrator and author of books for children. She has won numerous awards for her many children’s books, including an honorable mention for the Bologna Ragazzi Award. Paloma lives in Chile.
Magdalena Pérez is a designer and illustrator of books for children based in Santiago, Chile.
