This is an interesting and unique book, originally written in Japanese but translated into English for this publication. It follows the thoughts of a child thinking about his grandfather's death and wondering about what comes after the end of a life. It deals with a big, complicated concept, and I wouldn't recommend it for just random off-the-shelf reading, but it just might be the exact right book for the right kid at the right time.
