In this photographic concept book, babies and toddlers are introduced to the PRIDE flag and the meaning behind each color.
The back of the book includes a resource about Pride Day, and what the colors of the rainbow flag mean. What is your favorite color.
As you read the book, look at the families pictured. Who is in each family? What do you notice about the kids in the book? The grownups?
I usually prefer illustrations over actual pictures, and while that’s still the case, I thought the pictures in this book were great. As you go through the pride colors in this book, there’s a rhyming text about how much their little one is loved and supported.
