Who doesn't love a good lift-the-flap book? One of the biggest benefits of reading—in addition to the vocabulary, comprehension and even math skills boost—is the special bond it creates overtime between the parent (or grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling, friend, etc.) and child. As you sit close together, focused on the same thing and having a shared experience you can draw on together later, everyone gets the warm fuzzies. Especially for younger children, including a mix of interactive books in your reading (such as lift-the-flap books!) can help keep littles interested and truly engaged with what they're reading and helps make reading fun. Without further ado, here are some of our very favorite lift-the-flap books we know that you and your little-fingered friends will adore!
