“Before we moved to Paris, I read this book a lot with my daughters. When we arrived in the city, my not-quite-three-year-old was able to excitedly recognize Parisian landmarks, and it helped her feel more at home there. I like that this book's cute illustrations stay pretty true to the actual places they depict, and that the format includes not only places to see but things to do around Paris. I also like that it includes a variety of places; there are the ones you'd expect (Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, etc.), but some ever-so-slightly lesser known gems as well, like the Canal St-Martin. I'd recommend this book for anyone traveling to Paris, or anyone who likes the idea of introducing little ones to world geography.”
