What's on the invoice
Itemized charges
Each subscription with its term, quantity, unit price, subtotal, shipping, tax, and total, matching what was charged.
Proof of payment
Card brand and last four digits are printed on the invoice, so it can serve as your payment record too.
Your student's name
Entered by you, spelled the way it appears on the scholarship account, since programs match invoices to students.
Educational benefit
A short note on how the books support language arts and reading, which some programs ask for on instructional materials.

One order per child
Scholarship funds are awarded per student, so each child's reimbursement is a separate request. Checking out once per child keeps things simple. If you already combined them, we'll split the invoice for you.

Longer plans, fewer submissions
A monthly plan means a new charge, and a new reimbursement request, each month. A 6- or 12-month plan is one charge and one submission.
