Bookroo's summary

Charlie is captivated by everything that moves—planes, trains, and even spaceships. Yet, his ultimate joy is a simple piggyback ride with his dad. As they explore various modes of transportation together, Charlie discovers that the best journeys are those shared with loved ones. Will their adventures bring them closer, or is there a ride that tops them all? Dive into a heartwarming tale of bonding and discovery, where the true magic lies not in the destination, but in the company.

From the publisher

Charlie loves things that go planes, trains, bicycles, scooters, and even spaceships! He also loves to share in the fun of each mode of transportation with his dad. But, for Charlie, the best ride of all is when his dad swoops him up onto his shoulders for a piggyback ride! The first in a fresh, new board-book series takes the evergreen concept of transportation and gives it a tender, loving twist. Perfect for new dads and Father s Day promotions, “Charlie Rides” captures a child s love for transportation while also affirming that the quality time shared between father and son is what means the most. “

This is such a fun father/son book! The illustrations are super cute and I love how it talks about such a diverse amount of transportation and ends on a sweet father/son note. :)
