“Everyone loves Bacon, but letting his fame go to his head may prove more dangerous than he thought”
I thought the ending was fun. :) Not a huge storyline or message, but I'm a fan of the puns and humor!
This book is cute if you're obsessed with bacon, and I had high hopes for it because I too am a bacon lover, but it fell a little flat for me. There are some punny elements (like the lettuce, tomato and avocado sitting in the fridge missing their friend), but there wasn't enough there for me and then the ending is a little macabre for those who (spoiler alert!) prefer the star of the book not be eaten.
