Growing Bows

Growing Bows is a story that honors mothers and military families. It is a chapter book for young children. It is about two children spending the summer on their grandparent’s farm while their military mommy is gone to war. They spend time at the library and learn if they plant sunflowers it will attract birds. They also grow the milkweed plant to save the Monarch butterfly. They also learn about the importance of the honeybee. Real photography along with fun illustrations. A fun story to educate children about nature. Military families will especially love the reunion with the children and their military mommy at the end of the story.
