The Creative Behind the Book
The only thing I’ve always loved to do is drawing. As I preferred colour pencils to any toy in my early childhood, my parents decided to arrange painting lessons for me, so before learning to read, I was thought to draw. In 2013 I decided to join the MA in Children’s Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art, feeling the need to understand and learn more about the subject, and it was the best decision. I feel that the main achievement from this course is the confidence of not just illustrating children books but also writing my own stories.
