In the frigid Arctic, a polar bear is born, with thick white fur to protect her from the cold. This engaging nonfiction picture book accompanies her as she plays, learns to hunt, grows up, and goes off on her own. Through beautiful art and a poetic, fact-filled story, younger children will learn about how these beautiful animals live, and the challenges they face because of climate change.
