Awkward
New girl Peppi breaks school rules, sparking a club rivalry and personal conflict.
Read the four story volumes in publication order: Awkward, Brave, Crush, and Enemies. Each follows a different student and can stand on its own, but recurring classmates and friendships make the shared school easier to follow in order.
Diary is an optional journal-and-activity companion with drawing prompts, stickers, and short stories. It is not the next numbered story. Fight is scheduled for 2027, so it is not included among the published books yet.

The series takes middle-school feelings seriously. Stories address exclusion, rumors, friendship breakups, bullying, body-shaming, social anxiety, crushes, sibling and family pressure, and the temptation to change yourself to gain attention or approval.
Conflicts can be emotionally painful, but the books remain hopeful and emphasize empathy, honest communication, and repairing relationships. There is no fantasy danger; the tension comes from recognizable school and family experiences.
