The Creatives Behind the Books
MARGOT CHANNING is an art school graduate. After completing her Teacher Training Certificate she worked as a freelance children’s book author and illustrator. She works on books for young children, mainly baby, novelty, and activity titles.
John Townsend worked as a teacher before becoming a full-time writer of children’s books. He specializes in fun, exciting nonfiction books for reluctant readers, as well as fast-paced fiction and “fiction with facts” books.
Mark Bergin studied at Eastbourne College of Art in England and specializes in historical reconstructions, aviation, and maritime subjects. He is the author of many titles in the bestselling How to Draw series.
Diego Vaisberg is a designer and illustrator who previously worked in the product and design department of the Ink-co kids’ accessories brand. He is also a professor of editorial design and illustration at Palermo University, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
