In order from Lola at the Library to Lola's Perfect Hideout.
Book-loving Lola uses stories, family support, and patient preparation to approach libraries, school, a new pet, nature, sleepovers, moving, and other early-childhood milestones.

The eleven English picture-book stories are shown in publication order. Each has a complete, reassuring story, so families can start with the milestone that matters most to their child; reading from the beginning lets children watch Lola's family grow.
Lola at the Library with Mommy and Lola Loves Stories with Daddy are shortened board-book editions of earlier stories rather than additional adventures, so they are not counted twice.

These gentle picture books center a loving Black family and make everyday transitions feel manageable. Libraries and books are recurring tools for learning about a new experience before Lola tries it herself.
Later stories include a first sleepover, relatives who live far away, bees and protective beekeeping gear, a new baby, moving, and needing space from younger siblings. The challenges stay calm and reassuring, with attentive adults close by.
