The Creatives Behind the Books
Born in New York City, SUE TARSKY lived and worked as a children’s book publisher for many years in London. She is the author of several books for children, including The Busy Building Book and Kiss the Boo Boo. Sue now lives and works in Chicago.
Daniel Howarth trained in illustration in college. He then created his own line of greeting cards and sold them personally around southwestern England. Since then he has illustrated more than fifty children’s books including Hoppy Hanukkah! and Will You Still Love Me? He and his family live in a thatched cottage in Devon along with two dogs, seventeen chickens, four ducks (and one wild rabbit).
Michael Garton graduated with a BA Hons in Illustration in the UK and is an experienced children’s illustrator. He lives with his girlfriend and their dog in the UK where he enjoys his work and the beach.
