After surgeon scientist Curtis Connors lost his arm–and his mind–he created a serum that used reptilian DNA to regrow his missing limb. Indeed, it did successfully grow back, however it also transformed him into the Super-Villain we all fear, the Lizard. Now, only one man alive can stop this raging reptile.
