A boy finds a book within a book, leading to unexpected adventures.
Thomas, a curious boy, discovers an abandoned book on the beach, leading him into a series of nested adventures. Each book he opens reveals a new world, pulling him deeper into a mysterious journey. As he navigates these layered tales, Thomas must find his way back to his family. What secrets do these books hold, and where will they lead him next? This imaginative journey, with its clever book-within-a-book design, promises surprises at every turn.
A clever novelty book in which a book, found abandoned on the beach by a young boy, actually leads the boy and the reader inside a smaller printed book . . . then another. As Thomas’s parents nap, he goes for a walk and gets lost–until he sees a worn and abandoned book lying on the ground. He picks it up and finds himself in a totally different scene–as is the reader, who has literally opened a different book inside the first. This happens one more time–another book within a book opened, another new world entered–until finally Thomas and his parents are reunited. But what will happen next?

“The premise of this book is so interesting that I really want to love it... the exact same text illustrated three different ways that each fit perfectly with the text... but it's more interesting as a thought exercise than it is to read, unfortunately. If you're looking for a book to teach about the power of illustration, though, this is exactly the book for you and is quite clever.”
