From the author of The Giant of Jum comes a rollicking new rhyming fairytale retelling in which one of the Three Little Pigs must save Little Red Riding Hood’s granny. In this riff on “Little Red Riding Hood,” the pig from “The Three Little Pigs” gets mixed up in the Big Bad Wolf’s plot to eat Granny. Fortunately, Granny is a tough old bird who can take care of herself—and everyone else, too. A funny, rhyming read-aloud!
Elli Woollard writes picture books, poems and other things (most of them silly). She lives with her four wonderful children, her meteorologist husband, and two guinea pigs in London. She does not live with a cat, although the neighbors seem to think otherwise.
Steven Lenton hails from Cheshire, England, where he spent many a school holiday working in the family pom-pom Factory, packing poms and designing new products. This somewhat fluffy start to his career did no harm, though, as since leaving the factory, he gained a BA and MA in animation and has become a successful animator and art director for children’s television, including work on the BAFTA-winning The Amazing Adrenalini Brothers and as co-director of a Teletubby pop video. Steven also designs greeting cards and prints. He currently lives with his partner Jay and his dog in Crouch End where he dunks endless amounts of hob-nobs (other biscuits are available) in big red spotty cups of tea whilst listening to Radio 2.
