The monster has come to planet Earth. The monster is hungry! Really, really hungry! What will the monster eat? A daisy? A rock? A tree? A little girl? YIKES! Luckily, the girl in this story knows just what a hungry monster would like to eat. Phyllis Root and Sue Heap provide lots of YUCKS and YUMS and loads of fun for emergent readers in this appealing story.
I have published fifty books for children, including Lucia and the Light, Aunt Nancy and Old Man Trouble, and Big Momma Makes the World, which won a Horn Book Award for picture books.
