By Alvin Tresselt, Roger Duvoisin (Illustrator)
A snowfall transforms a neighborhood, sparking joy and wonder in children.
As snow blankets the town, adults rush to prepare, but children revel in the magic. They dance, catch snowflakes, and build snowmen, embracing the enchantment of a new white world. What mysteries will the snowfall reveal?
When the first flakes fell from the grey sky, the postman and the farmer and the policeman and his wife scurried about doing all the practical things grownups do when a snowstorm comes. But the children laughed and danced, and caught the lacy snowflakes on thier tongues.
