How to use this tool
Elkonin boxes are most useful when the worksheet matches the phoneme work you are actually doing. A two-sound warm-up, a three-phoneme CVC lesson, and a more advanced segmentation activity do not all need the same page layout.
This generator keeps the setup simple. Choose how many sound boxes each word needs, decide how many rows should fit on the page, and optionally add a writing line underneath so students can map the sounds and then write the whole word.
