“I love this board book. It has several layers to it that make it a great book for kids of all ages. Each page has raised bumps that make it fun for kids to run their fingers across. It's an alphabet book. It's a rhyming book. If you're looking to turn pages quicker, you can read the first part of each page "A is for Ant" while skipping the additional "Munching lunch as it goes." The illustrations depict each of the alphabet animals, but they are constructed from an assortment of miscellaneous items such as apricots for an elephant's ears. It's truly a great adaptable book that I enjoy reading over and over.”

“I initially hated this book and thought the illustrations were so dumb, but my husband loved it right from the start, and after reading it a few more times I hopped on the bandwagon. Each fingerprint included in the illustration is raised so you can feel the ridges in the fingerprint, which is fun, and the cadence of the book in fantastic for reading aloud.”
