The illustrations were exquisitely done, and it's a really neat concept to showcase egg decorating around the world to expose children to different cultures and languages. That being said, this fell flat for me because the text felt like bullet points and it was hard to see the actual eggs in a lot of the pictures.
A beautifully illustrated board book celebrating various traditions around the world involving painting or decorating eggs. As it's a board book the information is pretty limited, and in some illustrations the eggs themselves could have been more clearly shown.
