“What a cute story about one small crab helping an unlikely friend. A small little one chooses to take the focus off of herself to help someone else. Does the problem look big? Impossible even? Perhaps. However, this does not daunt the crab in her use of mindfulness to help her new friend endure a time of trial. A very subtle message of mindfulness that helps children try the very tactics that will allow them to relax and face their problems and fears with calm and confidence.”
