Chorkung (Sasiwimon Sunthonwikran) lives in Bangkok, Thailand. She is 27 years old ,a freelance illustrator specialising in children’s book illustration, and most of her work is done digitally. Chorkung likes to experiment with colour and characters, and this is reflected in her vibrant, friendly and lovely work. She has illustrated Sea Creatures, Brilliant Bugs Dinosaurs and Birds for Campbell, also part of the First Explorers series.
What is your favorite thing about Dinosaurs?
I like the style and color in this book. Nobody knows what color the dinosaurs is. I can color and put the texture all of I want.
What do you hope children enjoy about your character?
The action and the feeling of the dinosaur. What’s it doing? What’s it feeling?

When I read it for my nephew.
During which stage of the ideation/creation process did you know that this particular idea was going to go somewhere?
I watched Jurassic Park 1,2,3 and Jurassic World too
