A rhyming, light-hearted celebration of families being - and belonging - together.
Together like a puzzle
One big snuggle
This deliciously warm board book is an appreciation of the unconditional love and comfort shared within a family. Through a handful of specific yet universal scenarios, from singing songs together to sharing food together, from dancing together to lying still together, this book invites the youngest readers to celebrate what it means for a family to be truly together.
Families are unique and have different expectations for the books they choose to read. The following is a list of concepts included in this book that some parents may wish to seek out or avoid.
Note that this list is not exhaustive and there may be concepts in this book that are not included or have been insufficiently or incorrectly detailed here.
Diverse families (including one that looks LGBTQ) take center stage. The celebration of finding joy in doing ordinary things together is really sweet, and the cadence felt rhythmic . . . but didn’t rhyme, which threw me off, but still felt nice.
