Part of the Little Princess Stories series
A princess envies her friends' dads and questions her own father's abilities.
The Little Princess envies her friends' dads, who bake cakes and lead forest adventures. Her own father, the King, struggles with simple tasks. As she learns from others, she wonders if it can replace her dad's presence. Can she find value in her father's unique ways, or will her longing for more lead her elsewhere?
The Little Princess is jealous of her friends–they all have dads who can do amazing things. The Cook bakes incredible cakes; the King always burns his. The Gardener takes his daughter on adventure-walks through the forest; the King gets lost on his way to bed. The Maid can teach the Little Princess to bake and she can take her for a walk, but will it be the same without her dad?
