This is a colorful, riding, romping, clashing, clanging, flaming bedtime book. Perfect for fathers and their co-adventurers. In the rough and tumble way of daily imaginative play, the father and son in the book have all manner of adventures together, told in rhyme and illustrated with bold and colorful paintings. In the end-of-day review of their escapades, they remember and celebrate the memories they have made together. In every illustration the father and son are shown either looking at each other grinning or doing exactly the same thing; they are both ALL IN their play. It makes a good reminder for adults to truly be present--that is real love.
