“This book is all about feeling sad, and how to deal with that emotion. It feels very meta, but would be a great resource for helping a child understand sadness a little better if that's something they struggle with on a regular basis and have difficulty coping with. Rather than this being a book that illustrates how to deal with sadness through a story or scenario, it's very blunt... self-help for kids!”
