Katherine Woodfine is former Arts Project Manager for Booktrust, where she project-managed the Children’s Laureateship and YALC, the UK’s first Young Adult Literature Convention. Karl James Mountford is the illustrator of Maurice the Unbeastly, The Space Train, and Last Stop on the Reindeer Express.
KARL JAMES MOUNTFORD has been drawing, painting, and generally making a mess since he was a kid. Born in Germany, he was brought up in the UK, and currently lives in Wales, where his sketchbooks rarely get a day of. This is his first picture book.
