Aura Parker is a children’s author and illustrator based in Sydney, her picture books are whimsical with a playful sense of humour, brimming with details to explore. Aura Parker’s storytelling though words and pictures inspires imagination, courage and confidence in young readers. Her author / illustrator debut TWIG is out now, and her next books COCOON and MEERKAT SPLASH are coming soon. Aura also shares her enthusiasm for drawing and reading in visual literacy presentations and illustration sessions with K-2s. Aura has a background in design and regularly exhibits illustrations, screen printed art and handcrafted textiles with Studio Bonnie.
