A boy struggles to come up with a Halloween costume idea, but with the help of his mom, he creates a unique and creative costume that earns him a prize at school.
Hubie faces a dilemma: attend the Halloween party without a costume or risk becoming a snack for the monsters. With classmates ready and his teacher's announcement looming, Hubie scrambles for a disguise. Can he find the perfect costume in time, or will he be the odd one out at the spookiest event of the year? The clock is ticking, and the stakes are high as Hubie navigates his fears and the pressure to fit in. Will he conquer his costume crisis, or will the monsters have the last laugh?
Hubie has no costume for the scariest Halloween party ever. Too bad he can’t just go as the invisible man and stay at home. Plus, there will be a ton of monsters at the party. He’d better find a costume quick or he might become a tasty treat for all those cruel ghouls! Aligned to Common Core Standards and correlated to state standards.
