Rebecca and her neighbor, Mr. Rossi, seem to be having bad luck. When Mr. Rossi sprains his wrist, Rebecca takes over the care and feeding of his pigeons–and discovers a strange black pigeon with an eerie message warning Mr. Rossi of danger.
