I hope my work makes young readers feel compassion, empathy, and joy!
I think about the stories my family, friends, peers, and I would have needed as children.
Work at a plant nursery.
I really love gardening! I could spend hours looking at and messing with plants.
I took an amazing children's book class with an AWESOME teacher! Before that class publishing felt like a fantasy.
I hope to be remembered for creating beautiful worlds, meaningful stories, and unforgettable characters.
I'd love to teach college illustration in the future!
