I really love the message of this book, and think it is a beautiful reminder of the true meaning of Christmas. That being said, it felt just a little preachy, and more like a book I'd pull out for my family to read a couple times each holiday season rather than on repeat.

I love that the momma bear in this story answers her son's questions. She shows him throughout the story that God is everywhere and that He gave each of us Christmas. I like the colors in the illustrations of this book, and think it's a sweet story, though a little long.
