In stock. Also at Amazon.
Meg believes happiness can be bottled, mixing scents and tastes into a special jar. When it vanishes, she embarks on a quest to retrieve it, discovering unexpected paths to joy. Can Meg learn to share happiness without her jar, or will she find it again? Her journey reveals that happiness might be more than just a recipe.
How do you create happiness? In this story, one child finds a way. She mixes the smell of warm biscuits and the seaside with the taste of chocolate ice cream, apple juice and the warmth of sunshine. She fills the jar and visits her loved ones to share her invention. But one day her jar goes missing. She searches everywhere but cannot find it. As she retraces her footsteps she discovers there are many different ways to share happiness.

“It might not have the most compelling story or illustrations, but this is a sweet little book with a good message. It's simple enough for toddlers to follow and brief enough to keep them engaged until the end. It would be great for beginning a conversation or pre-school lesson about what makes us happy and how we can share our happiness with the people around us!”
