The illustrations in this book are gorgeous! I love the rhyme and the sweet, feel-good story about the importance of family around Christmas time.
Nancy Tillmans' illustrations are always simultaneously stunning, soothing and original, and this book is no exception. Combined with the lovely, musical rhymes and wonderfully sweet message, this is one that's both pleasing to read aloud and listen to!
