Francesco Zito

Biography

Francesco Zito was born in a little town in Italy with only a bell tower and lots of narrow cobble-stoned streets. After studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, some of his works happened to be selected over the years for some important Italian competitions. He loves to illustrate classic and modern tales, mixing different artistic media. His work is mainly focused on children picture books and he is familiar with ebooks and app for children. He currently lives with some friends in Rome where he usually spends his time in bookstores looking for new children books to collect and eating gelato too! He dreams of having a dog someday!
