How do I change my shipping address or payment card?

Change both from your club's page: sign in, go to Account → Book Clubs, click View club, then click the pencil beside Shipping address or Payment method.

Change the shipping address

1. Sign in to Bookroo with the email you used to join, then go to Account → Book Clubs.
2. Click View club on the club you want to change.
3. Under Club information, click the pencil beside Shipping address.
4. Enter the new address and click Update.

The new address applies to every box that hasn't started processing. Make the change by 11:59 PM Pacific on the 15th for it to apply to that month's box.

Change the payment card

1. Open the club as above.
2. Click the pencil beside Payment method.
3. Enter the new card in Update Credit Card and save.

If a renewal failed, an Update payment button also shows at the top of the club. Saving a new card there charges the missed renewal right away; if the new card is declined, you'll see why and can try another.
